Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Wayne Craige is the CEO and Founder of CiDrep, a healthcare IT and biomedical informatics professional services company.
Wayne is responsible for managing the company’s sales and services operations across health IT products, clinical informatics services, technical consulting and translational bioinformatics solutions. He is the visionary behind the company’s mission to provide the essential solutions for healthcare and research organizations to accelerate patient care delivery and scientific research discovery.
Prior to CiDrep, Wayne worked as director of information systems at APS Healthcare, Inc., a privately held company that provided specialty healthcare and customized integrated healthcare solutions in Atlanta across two major product lines: Care Management and Behavioral Healthcare.
Wayne also served as interim CIO for two of CiDrep’s clients – ViewPoint Health and Advantage Behavioral Health Systems, during the transition and transformation of their entire technology operations and IT infrastructures.
Before APS Healthcare, he held a technology executive position with Accenture, consulting and leading planning reviews and assessments to aid in the development of infrastructures and architecture strategies as well as managing the scope, definition, construction and the execution architectures on which client’s business systems reside.
Wayne also held a senior technical consultants position at Cerner Corporation, a supplier of healthcare information technology (HCIT) solutions, services, devices and hardware and work with technical teams that provides a range of client’s solutions that support the clinical, financial and operational needs of healthcare organizations of all sizes. Earlier in his career he worked as a systems administration with PwC and a number of technical consulting positions with IBM Global Technology Services.
Wayne graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Informatics from DeVry University. Earned an MBA and master’s degree in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey.
